Most of the time it is aimed at highly qualified workers who are already employed by another company. He contacts them discreetly and offers them a specific position. This is how the Executive Search works

1. Introduction to your company
In this phase we get to know your company. We assess which personnel changes would be advantageous for your company.

2. Advice on a vacancy
We discuss the managerial position, particularly in terms of hours, salary, bonuses, benefits and vacation. We try to make the offer as attractive as possible.

3. Your requirements
You tell us what your requirements are and what you expect from a potential employee.

4. Market Research / Expert Database
Selection and advice of suitable candidates who fit your company.

5. Offer suitable candidates who match your criteria
We present you with a shortlist of candidates who meet your requirements. We present you their personal and professional career as well as their professional successes.

6. Narrowing down the selection of candidates
If the group of candidates is too large, we will reduce the selection.

7. Selection of candidates
We contact the candidate of your choice and offer him the position. We assure candidates that the offer is the opportunity of a lifetime and represents a significant step towards a change in their professional and personal lives.
